This policy explains how Juicy Vend ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through juicyvend.com. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site (for example the venue check, contact form or brochure request) we collect the details you give us: your name, business or venue name, email address, phone number, postcode, and information about your venue and requirements. We also record the page you submitted from and, where present, campaign information such as the advert you clicked.
If you accept analytics cookies we also collect anonymous usage data (see our cookie policy).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or recommendation
- To send you the brochure or information you asked for
- To manage our relationship with you if you become a customer
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you have made) and, where you become a customer, performance of a contract. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing emails unless you've agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Cloudflare), email provider and, where relevant, finance partners for leasing applications you ask us to make. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@juicyvend.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
